Move gently. Live deeply.
Hello, my loves. I’m Beth.
Trauma-informed and embodiment-focused yoga teacher.
I offer a range of classes and workshops designed to support nervous system regulation, self-inquiry, and compassionate self. My teaching includes Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra, combining mindful exploration with breathwork, movement, meditation, and yoga philosophy, honouring the traditional roots of yoga while weaving in somatic practices and nervous system education.
Whether you're joining in person around Wolverhampton or practising with me online, my classes invite you to reconnect with your body, meet yourself with kindness, and move in a way that feels intuitive and true. The focus is never on how a pose looks but how it feels.
Rooted in curiosity, presence, and accessibility, my offerings create a space where all of you are welcome.

"Beth is a fantastic yoga teacher. I have attended her restorative sessions at the Beehive, had distance reiki with her and am looking forward to now attending more frequent classes. Her classes are always so relaxing and she is a really empathetic and kind teacher, I highly recommend!"

"Where do I start. Beth is such a great teacher. Her yoga classes are varied and have a purpose which she explains clearly. It never gets repetitive or boring! Her online classes are the same, varied, purposeful and professionally taught. There are different length classes to suit the time you have available. Relaxation and meditation classes as well as yoga and she's adding to it all the time. I had a session of Reiki with Beth. I was very cynical about the whole thing to be honest. However, what I experienced blew my mind and my energy levels and creativity grew so much afterwards. I won't pretend to understand it but I can't deny how beneficial I found it. I will definitely go again!"

"Beth's practice's are so relaxing and peaceful and every class is different so it never becomes predictable or boring. She has the most relaxing voice and she is so informative. Beth adds in little bits of information now and again as to why certain moves are beneficial for you so you are learning and understanding through your yoga journey as well as enjoying your relaxing practice."

"I have been going to Beth's yoga classes for over a year and have throughout enjoyed every single one. There is never any pressure, it is just an uninterrupted hour to yourself on the mat. Beth demonstrates and explains every movement so you never feel like you're being asked too much, alternative poses are also always given making it great for any ability. I would recommend anyone to go to experience it for yourself."

"I had only ever practiced at home before, but Beth has such a wonderful way of making you feel welcome, comfortable and calm and this helps you to feel confident within yourself and I’m finding that with each practice I am achieving a little more. How I lived without yoga and Beth I have no idea "

"Beth's classes are the highlight of my Sundays! She is considerate of her yogis; always letting us know pose variations, and takes time to explain what the practice is going to be doing for us physically as well as in regards to the more esoteric/subtle energy side of things. I would encourage anyone to try a class!"

"I would highly recommend Beth’s classes, she creates such a calming but fun atmosphere & makes everyone feel so welcome. She creates the perfect mix of both an energising and relaxing class, with beautiful transitions, she has helped me so much with my confidence with yoga and I love that her classes are accessible to everyone. I couldn’t recommend enough!!"

“Beth’s classes are amazing, she makes everyone feel so comfortable, welcome, & relaxed. I was a bit nervous to start classes as I have arthritis but the classes really help me and variations/yoga blocks are provided for people of different abilities. The classes I have been to have all had different variations of poses to help you progress each week and you leave feeling so good. Beth has such a calming warm energy, I really look forward to her classes!"

"Classes are so well balanced . So far, no two classes have been the same. You come up with wonderful moves, poses that link together with the yoga philosophy and mindfulness side every time."

"Beth was so calming and professional and throughout the practice, her passion and values shine through. I came away quite relaxed, grounded and emotional too which Beth assured me was a good thing and I had a great sleep (which is one thing I was majorly struggling with) and good week following, feeling less stressed and more content."

"Beth has a calm energetic energy that's nice to be around. Plus there's enough variety in the classes that I don't feel bored, but enough similar that I feel like I'm improving."

"Simply the best yoga classes. Beth has a calming voice. There is no pressure to get poses immaculate. All flow well and it is relaxing. I've been to gym classes in the past but couldn't keep up or found the teacher didn't explain anything. "

"I have been doing yoga for many years and have had many instructors but Beth is by far the best. Her classes always leave you feeling appreciative and grateful for your body and mind. Not only are Beth’s regular classes great; using essential oils, incense, oracle cards and the perfect musical backdrop, but her monthly Rest and Restore will lead you into the best sleep of your life (if you manage to stay away during the class). I would recommend anyone to try one of Beth’s classes."

"A fantastic class and teacher! Ideal for both first timers and experienced practitioners."

"Flowing with Beth Yoga is brilliant. My wife and I go to the Sunday morning classes and we really feel the benefits each week — it’s like a weekly reset. It gives us time to be present, moving through the sequences with Beth’s gentle guidance, and finishing with stillness, breathing, and calming music. We were completely new to yoga when we started, but Beth made us feel so welcome and really encourages everyone to move at their own level. Highly recommend!"
