Styles

Hatha

Deepen your understanding of the foundational principles of yoga in this class designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

We will move mindfully, holding the poses for several breaths allowing you time to explore each pose, building strength & flexibility. The classes will incorporate breathing techniques, meditation & movement to help you feel good in your body

Yin

Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice that combines Hatha yoga with ancient Daoist principles. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes with a focus on relaxation and minimal pressure, targeting deep tissues like fascia. This gentle approach calms the mind, promotes inner peace, and enhances body awareness. Yin yoga balances the "yang" energy of modern life—social pressures, rigidity, and stress—by encouraging stillness and acceptance.

Gentle

A slower practice of yoga incorporating breathwork and gentle movement focusing on alignment, balance and mobility.

Ideal for anyone with limited movement, injuries or just after a slow, mindful & meditative practice.
