Hello, my loves. I’m Beth.

Trauma-informed and embodiment-focused yoga teacher.

I offer a range of classes and workshops designed to support nervous system regulation, self-inquiry, and compassionate self. My teaching includes Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra, combining mindful exploration with breathwork, movement, meditation, and yoga philosophy - honouring the traditional roots of yoga while weaving in somatic practices and nervous system education.

Whether you're joining in person around Wolverhampton or practising with me online, my classes invite you to reconnect with your body, meet yourself with kindness, and move in a way that feels intuitive and true. The focus is never on how a pose looks but how it feels.
