Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and join us for our Rest and Restore sessions at The Beehive. These two-hour sessions are designed to provide you with deep relaxation and rejuvenation in a serene, nurturing candle-lit space.

During each session, you'll be guided through a blend of soothing nervous system techniques, restorative yoga, pranayama (breathing exercises), and Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep). The sessions allow you to tap into your innate ability to receive nourishing rest, reset your mind and body, and reconnect with your inner self.

Our Rest and Restore sessions are suitable for everyone, regardless of experience. Join us to unwind, replenish your energy, and cultivate a profound sense of calm and well-being. Let this time be dedicated to nurturing yourself and restoring balance to your life.

  • Of course! These sessions are suitable for all abilities

  • Everything you need is provided including mats, blankets, blocks & bolsters but please feel free to bring your own mat and props if you would like.

    I also recommend bring fluffy socks and any additional blankets or pillows to get yourself extra cosy. These sessions are all about rest so bring anything to support you in accomplishing that
