Online Yoga Class

Join the Club!

Online Yoga class held on Zoom.

When: Once a month, on a Sunday evening, 8 - 8:45pm

Price: Free for Flowing With(in) Members | £5 for non-member

Suitable for all abilities, this gentle class is designed to help you wind down, reset and recharge ready for the week ahead.

What to expect:

  • Gentle yoga - nourishing poses and somatic, slow movements

  • Pranayama - soft breathwork to help calm the mind and body

  • Yoga Nidra - a short Yoga Nidra practice (form of guided relaxation) to help prepare you for bed

  • Of course! These sessions are suitable for all abilities!

  • You will need a device you can use Zoom on, either a phone, Ipad or laptop.

    For our practice, feel free to use a yoga mat if you have one, or you might want to place down a blanket instead.

    Feel free to bring props in, such as blocks, bolsters or even a cushion from your sofa or bed.

    Maybe light a candle or incense, put some relaxing music on.
