Hello, beautiful souls! I'm Beth, and I am excited to be part of your yoga journey.

I teach a variety of styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. In my classes, we will explore mindful movement, breathwork, yoga philosophy & meditation, helping to bring peace & balance into your life. Each class is an opportunity for you to explore the depths of your practice and embrace the uniqueness that defines you.

In my heart-centred approach to teaching, I aim to create a space of unconditional love that honours the entirety of each individual’s unique human experience.

My teaching philosophy encourages each student to cultivate an introspective attitude, inviting you to experiment with postures while prioritising how the practice feels in your body over how it may look externally. The essence of yoga lies not in achieving a ‘perfect’ pose but in the mindful exploration of your body's sensations and the nurturing of a deeper connection within.
