About me
Hello, beautiful souls! I'm Beth, and I am excited to be part of your yoga journey.
I offer a variety of in-person yoga classes and workshops around Wolverhampton, including Hatha, Yin, Restorative and Yoga Nidra. In my classes, we explore mindful movement, Pranayama (breathwork), Yoga philosophy, and meditation, all designed to bring peace and balance into your life.
Whether you are an experienced yogi or taking your first steps onto the mat, my classes provide a supportive and welcoming space that honours your unique experience. My teaching is rooted in curiosity and compassion, encouraging each student to cultivate an introspective attitude and explore how the practice feels in your body over how it may look externally. The essence of yoga lies not in achieving a ‘perfect’ pose but in the mindful exploration of your body's sensations and the nurturing of a deeper connection with yourself.
