Styles
Hatha
Deepen your understanding of the foundational principles of yoga in this class designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
We will move mindfully, holding the poses for several breaths allowing you time to explore each pose, building strength & flexibility. The classes will incorporate breathing techniques, meditation & movement to help you feel good in your body
Restorative
Restorative yoga enables deep relaxation as we hold poses for longer periods of time with the help of props to completely support you. The class is designed to allow the body to “restore” to its parasympathetic nervous system function, which, in turn, helps the body rest, heal, & restore balance.
Gentle
A slower practice of yoga incorporating breathwork and gentle movement focusing on alignment, balance and mobility.
Ideal for anyone with limited movement, injuries or just after a slow, mindful & meditative practice.
FAQ
I’M NOT SURE IF THE CLASS IS SUITABLE FOR ME?
All of my classes are beginner-friendly as it is very important to me that classes are inclusive, so no matter how little Yoga experience you have I welcome you on the mat. If you have yoga experience and want to deepen your practice, there will always be options to add complexity.
I’m proud to say that my classes are full of the most friendly and supportive souls, there is never any judgment or competition, we focus on taking care of the body and mind in a compassionate way.
If you have any concerns or still aren’t sure which class would be best suited for you, drop me a message, I’m more than happy to talk.
