Self-Care Club - Zoom Class

The Self-Care Club is an online yoga class held monthly on Zoom.

When: First or Second Sunday of the month
Time: 8pm - 8:45pm

These online sessions will be very relaxed, you can keep your camera off if you prefer, put your pjs and fluffy socks on.

Expect gentle yoga, a blend of slow somatic movements and yin poses (longer stretchy holds), before finishing with a short yoga nidra (guided relaxation).

Free for Flowing With(in) online studio members

£5 for non-members.

  • Once you become a member, you’ll get access to our video library. Simply log in, browse by style, length, or intention, and press play whenever it suits you.

    New classes are added regularly to keep your practice fresh and inspiring.

  • Yes, you can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your membership will run on a monthly subscription and stay active until cancelled.
