Seasonal Yin & Yoga Nidra

A 2hr workshop of Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra Workshop for Summer.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice that combines Hatha yoga with ancient Daoist principles. Postures are held for 3-5 minutes, focusing on relaxation and minimal pressure to help target deep tissues and fascia. This gentle approach can help increase mobility and aid flexibility whilst calming the mind, promoting inner peace, and enhancing body awareness.

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided relaxation that induces deep rest. Yoga Nidra takes you into a state between waking and sleeping through methods such as breath awareness, body scans, and visualisation.

Yin yoga & Yoga Nidra can help balance modern life's "yang" energy—social pressures, rigidity, and stress—by encouraging stillness and acceptance.

  • Of course! These sessions are suitable for all abilities

  • Everything you need is provided including mats, blankets, blocks & bolsters but please feel free to bring your own mat and props if you would like.

    I also recommend bring fluffy socks and any additional blankets or pillows to get yourself extra cosy. These sessions are all about rest so bring anything to support you in accomplishing that

  • Yoga Nidra is a form of guided relaxation that takes you into the deepest states of rest through methods such as breath awareness, body scans, and visualisation.
